# Migrating the runtime assets

The migration of the tasks and plans are implemented in a six steps wizard.

Information noteNote:

In Talend Administration Center, artifact repositories are used to store the binaries and third-party libraries needed by Talend Studio. In Talend Management Console, artifact repositories are used to store only the third-party libraries needed by Talend Studio to design or run a particular Artifact. Therefore, the artifact repository is managed by Talend as part of its services.
