# Run settings

In the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool, run settings define core application behavior and deployment characteristics, as configured in the `DeployOptions` object within the `deployOptions.json` file.

## Location

The settings file is located at:  
`<InstallationLocation>/Qlik Analytics Migration Tool/Config/deployOptions.json`

## Purpose

This configuration defines how the tool operates at runtime and interacts with its environment.

## Important note

The `Config` directory may include other configuration files used by the application. These files should not be modified unless explicitly documented, as doing so may affect the tool's stability or expected behavior.
