# Job reports

Some migration steps produce reports that summarize the result of the step. The reports are listed on the job page, with their size and time, and can be downloaded directly from there. You do not need to open a remote desktop session to the server.

Information note

Job reports are only available after a job has been executed.

The following steps produce reports:

The migration change report is also available as a job report.

## Downloading a report

Do the following:

1. Navigate to the Jobs tab  
   From the left-hand navigation, click on the Jobs tab.
2. Open the job  
   In the Jobs list, open the job page of the job that ran the step.
3. Select the report  
   In the list of reports, locate the report. The list shows the size and the time of each report.
4. Download the report  
   Click the report to download it.

## Validation workbook

The workbook of the estate-wide validation contains the following sheets, each of which is a filterable Excel table:

* Summary
* Tasks
* Findings
* Not migrating

The workbook records the plan, the job, the URLs of both environments, the run time, and the build of the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool.

## Report formats

Migration reports are available in Excel format only. The HTML format is no longer available.

Schedules in the reports are described in plain language.
