Welcome to the Qlik Enterprise Manager online help and API guide

Qlik Enterprise Manager, also referred to as Enterprise Manager, provides a single point of control for designing, executing, and monitoring Qlik Replicate and Compose tasks throughout your organization. Whether your site deploys a single Qlik server or multiple servers, Enterprise Manager is your single go-to interface to create data endpoints, design tasks, execute them, and monitor the replication process in near real-time. In addition, you can also view tasks in tabular format for advanced grouping and filtering capabilities.

You can also use the Qlik Enterprise Manager API Guide to programmatically perform tasks typically carried out using the Enterprise Manager web console, such as creating endpoints, designing and executing tasks, exporting and importing tasks, and more.

Three APIs are available, all offering the same functionality: REST API, .NET API, and Python API.

Get started with Enterprise Manager

Gain an understanding of the Enterprise Manager architecture, familiarize yourself with the authenticated login options, and learn how to access the console and register your license.

Secure your data and set up RBAC

Learn how to set up a secure connection and how to restrict access to features based on user role.

Customize task and table settings

Customize task and table settings according to your replication needs, and define global rules to render the source data compatible with the target.

Monitor Full Load and Change Processing tasks

Keep informed about task status every step of the way with live monitoring and configurable event logging.

Messages and notifications

Learn how to navigate the Message Center to view task and server messages, as well as how to set up notifications for tasks and servers.

Analytics

Leverage the Analytics module to measure server and task metrics over a specific time-period. Examples of server metrics that can measured include memory consumption and disk usage. Examples of task metrics that can measured include the number of tables and records processed, throughput, and the number of changes applied.

Manage Enterprise Manager

Define notifications, set up error handling policies, configure logging preferences, schedule jobs, and more.

Get started with the REST API

Review the prerequisites for using the REST API, familiarize yourself with the standards and conventions, and learn how to authenticate callers and create a client session.

Get started with the .NET API
