# Entitlement Analyzer

**Type:** Qlik Sense application (Qlik Cloud)

**Support model:** Community-supported. Provided as-is via Qlik's open-source GitHub.

**Subscription model:** **User-based subscriptions only** (any user-based Qlik Cloud subscription, for example, Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS, Qlik Sense Business).

## What it does

The Entitlement Analyzer provides a Qlik Sense dashboard to analyze entitlement consumption across the tenant. Key features include:

* Professional / Analyzer / Analyzer Capacity entitlement consumption and forecast
* Inactive Professional users (potential downgrade candidates)
* Group-level entitlement breakdown

> **Note.** This app is **only useful on user-based subscriptions**. As of February 2, 2026, capacity-based subscriptions no longer have the Basic User construct—every authenticating user is deducted from total user capacity purchased, with capabilities controlled by access control alone. Qlik's own capacity-based user-management docs have since dropped
