# Data Capacity Reporting App

## What it does

The Data Capacity Reporting App is a Qlik Sense application built for Qlik Cloud. It helps you monitor capacity consumption for your license at both a consolidated and a detailed level. It's the only fully Qlik-supported app in the monitoring catalogue.

## How to install

The app is available for deployment from the admin console on tenants with a capacity-based subscription. For automated daily redistribution of the latest version, use the **Capacity consumption app deployer** template in Qlik Automate (released September 29, 2025).

## Multi-tenant capability

The Data Capacity Reporting App auto-consolidates capacity data across tenants in a multi-tenant capacity-based subscription. Per Qlik's [OEM monitoring guidance on qlik.dev](https://qlik.dev/manage/oem/operate/monitoring/), the app currently includes only tenant IDs and no other metadata; multi-tenant operators must therefore maintain their own external mapping of tenant ID → friendly name.
