# Review release changes

**Benefits:**

* Catches breaking changes and dated deprecations before they hit production
* Keeps admins aware of upcoming feature toggles, role changes, and EOL dates
* Provides a single monthly cadence for cross-team communication of Qlik Cloud changes

## Goal

Qlik Cloud is a continuously delivered SaaS platform. Features ship, deprecate, and break with little or no in-product warning. Admins need a monthly review against three primary feeds:

* **[What's new in Qlik Cloud](https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/csh/client/ChangeLogSaaS)**—official feature delivery log.
* **[Qlik Community Support Updates](https://community.qlik.com/t5/Support-Updates/bg-p/qlik-support-updates-blog)**—deprecation notices, breaking changes, scheduled cutovers, and incident retrospectives.
* **[qlik.dev changelog](https://qlik.dev/changelog/)**—API and SDK-level changes, often with shorter deadlines than the user-facing changelog.

The monthly review records dated deadlines in your own internal tracking, validates the tenant against any new behavior, and tests breaking changes in a non-production tenant where one is available. This playbook does not maintain a deprecation calendar; stay current on Qlik Cloud platform changes by reviewing the feeds above directly.
