Refresh core_env.properties file

Users can refresh core environment properties (core_env.properties) file by selecting Refresh Core Env button accessible on all Admin tabs. This feature saves users from having to restart Tomcat Server when changes are made to core_env.properties file.

Information note

Note the following:

  • Refresh Core Env button will only show up for logged in users who have permission to change environment settings.
  • This feature does not support refresh of core_env settings upon a database change.
  • Changes related to the metadata database, impersonation, or Kerberos should be applied with a Tomcat restart. Login/Logout is recommended for changes to take effect.

Refresh Core Env Properties

Select Refresh Core Env button in top right of screen to refresh configuration properties file
